Dry needling involves inserting a thin, solid needle into specific areas of muscle tissue known as myofascial trigger points—tight, knotted regions within muscle fibres that can cause pain and restrict movement. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, dry needling is rooted in Western anatomy and neurophysiology. The process stimulates a local twitch response in the muscle, which can help release tension, increase blood flow, and promote healing. • Pain Relief: Effective for managing chronic pain conditions, headaches, back pain, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal issues. • Improved Mobility: Helps release muscle tightness, enhancing flexibility and range of motion, beneficial for athletes and those recovering from injuries. • Enhanced Recovery: Promotes faster recovery from injuries by improving blood flow and reducing muscle tension, facilitating the healing process.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. To provide the best care for all clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking: 🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. ⚠️ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee, as it’s difficult to fill the spot on short notice. 🚫 No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. 💻 How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime through the online booking portal.
